What is the Okinawa Bus Pass？

This ticket allows you to get on and off the general route buses operated by Ryukyu Bus Kotsu、Okinawa Bus, Naha Bus,and Toyo Bus. (Excluding 111 and 117 buses that pass through expressways, airport limousine buses, and regular sightseeing buses. This pass is not valid for use on these buses.)
This ticket can only be used by non-resident tourists visiting Okinawa Prefecture who are visiting the prefecture for a short stay for sightseeing.
Tickets can be purchased from the ’Book’ tab of ”my route”.
Payment can be made by credit card or TOYOTA Wallet registered in the application.

How can I use the Okinawa Bus Pass(One day Pass)?

You can purchase tickets from the ’Book' tab on the ”my route” top screen.
After purchasing a ticket, on the day of use, select the ticket in the ’Use’ tab under ’Book' and tap 'Use'.
(Please be sure to get a numbered ticket when boarding the bus.) When getting off the bus, select 'Show' in the 'Use' tab, or tap the ticket icon in the upper right corner of the top screen, and show the ticket screen to the driver to get off the bus.

When using this ticket, you may be asked to present your passport or documents proving that you live outside Okinawa Prefecture, or your return ticket.

What is the usable area for the Okinawa Bus Pass(One day Pass)?

If you board a bus that is not on an available route, you will be charged the fare for the section you boarded, so please be sure to get a numbered ticket when you board.

When dose the pass expire?

You can use the service only on the same day after the start of use.
The ticket will expire after the last flight in the timetable on the start date, even if it is within 24 hours.
Tickets that have not been used will not be available for use for 90 days after purchase.
If you go to 'Book' > 'Bus' > 'History', you will see the expiration date and the ticket will be invalid.

By when must I purchase and start using the Okinawa Bus Pass?

Please purchase and start using the ticket before you board the bus, and show the screen of the ticket to the bus driver when you get on or off the bus.

How old does a child have to buy a child ticket?

Children are defined as those between 6 and 12 years of age.
For infants under 5 years old, one infant is free of charge for each person over 6 years old, and a child fare is required for the second infant.

How can I get a refund?

Refunds can be made by selecting the ticket in the 'Book' > ' Use' tab on the my route top page and selecting 'Refund'.
A processing fee of 300 yen per ticket will be assessed when processing refunds.
*Please note that tickets cannot be refunded once they have been used.
*Please note that tickets that have expired cannot be refunded.

Can I refund the Okinawa Bus Pass, If the bus cannot be operated due to typhoons or other disasters.

Refunds are available for the Okinawa Bus Pass before the start of use.
No refunds will be given in the event of a typhoon or disaster, or in the event of a temporary bus closure after the pass has been used.
A processing fee of 300 yen per ticket will be assessed when processing refunds.

Is there a limit to the number of people I can purchase?

Okinawa Bus Pass can be purchased for up to 5 people, including adults and children, per terminal. If more than 5 people use the pass at the same time, please purchase it on a different device.
Okinawa Bus Passes purchased with the same account cannot be distributed to multiple mobile devices.
If you will be traveling separately during the trip, we recommend that you purchase the pass under your own account in advance.

Can I get a refund if my phone's battery runs out after I start using it?

Please note that tickets cannot be refunded after the start of use.
It may not be available due to unexpected malfunctions of your mobile device, such as dead batteries, malfunctions caused by being dropped, or water damage. Please be aware of this before using the app.

The Okinawa Bus Pass is not a guarantee of a seat. The pass cannot be reissued, nor can it be extended.
