What is the Naha City Bus One-Day Pass？

This is a special ticket that allows unlimited rides for one day on the Naha Bus within Naha City.
※You can ride as many times as you want on the same day as shown on the ticket screen.
※This is not a 24-hour ticket. You can use the ticket only on the day you start using it.

How can I use the Naha City Bus One-Day Pass？

You can buy a Naha City Bus One-Day Pass by tapping ‘Book’ on the my route home screen. After purchasing the pass, select the ticket from ‘Book’ > ‘Use’ tab and tap ‘Activation’. Be sure to take a numbered ticket when you board the bus.
When you are ready to get off the bus, select the ‘Show’ from the ‘Use’ tab or tap the ticket icon on the upper righthand corner of the home screen, and show the Bus Pass Screen to the driver in order to get off.
When purchasing this pass, your passport , ID, a document to show non-resident status in Okinawa, and/or a return air ticket may be required.

What is the usable area for the Naha City Bus One-Day Pass？

You can see the usable area for the Naha City Bus One-Day Pass.
The useable area:1，2，3，4，5，6，7，8，9，10，11，12，13，14，15，16，17，19 system number of all sections, and 45，94，97，101，125，333，346，446 system number in Naha city.
If you ride the bus outside the usable area, you will be charged the rate for the zone(s) in which you travel outside the usable area. For that reason, be sure to take a numbered ticket when you board the bus.

When dose the pass expire?

You can use the service only on the same day after the start of use.
The ticket will expire after the last flight in the timetable on the start date, even if it is within 24 hours.
Tickets that have not been used will not be available for use for 90 days after purchase.
If you go to ’Book’ > 'Bus' > 'History', you will see the expiration date and the ticket will be invalid.

By when must I purchase and start using the Naha City Bus One-Day Pass?

Please purchase and initiate use of the pass before getting on the bus.　
And show the Naha City Bus One-Day Pass screen to the driver on the bus instead of paying a fare when getting off.

How old does a child have to buy a child ticket?

Children are defined as those between 6 and 12 years of age.
For infants under 5 years old, one infant is free of charge for each person over 6 years old, and a child fare is required for the second infant.

How can I get a refund?

Refunds can be made by selecting the ticket in the ’Book' > ’Use’ tab on the ”my route” top page and selecting ’Refund’.
A processing fee of 50 yen per ticket will be assessed when processing refunds.
Please note that tickets cannot be refunded once they have been used.
Please note that tickets that have expired cannot be refunded.

Can I refund the Naha City Bus One-Day Pass, If the bus cannot be operated due to typhoons or other disasters.

Tickets can be refunded if they have not yet been used.
Please note that once a ticket has been used, it cannot be refunded even if the bus route is temporarily closed due to a typhoon or disaster.
A processing fee of 50 yen per ticket will be assessed when processing refunds.

Is there a limit to the number of people I can purchase?

Naha City Bus One-Day Pass can be purchased for up to 5 people, including adults and children, per terminal. If you want to use more than 5 people at the same time, please purchase them on different devices.
Naha City Bus One-Day Pass purchased under the same account cannot be distributed to multiple mobile devices.
If you will be traveling separately during the trip, we recommend that you purchase the tickets in advance under your own account.

Can I get a refund if my phone's battery runs out after I start using it?

Please note that tickets cannot be refunded after the start of use.
It may not be available due to unexpected malfunctions of your mobile device, such as dead batteries, malfunctions caused by being dropped, or water damage. Please be aware of this before using the app.

Naha City Bus One-Day Pass does not guarantee a seat. It cannot be reissued or extend the validity period.
The passport is valid only for Naha Bus's uniform route in Naha city. You cannot ride other companies' buses.
If there is any doubt about the terms and conditions in a language other than Japanese, the Japanese version will be the correct version.
