How do I use the Ticket?
You can purchase one from ‘Book’ on the My Route top screen.
To use the pass, purchase one and then select the ticket on the ‘Book’ > ‘Use’ tab, and tap ‘Activation’.
Municipal Subway
Show the ticket screen to station staff at manned ticket gates.
Municipal Buses
Show the ticket Screen to the driver in order to get on.

When does the pass expire?
Municipal Subway
You will use it to the last train on the day.
Municipal Buses
You will use it to the last bus on the day.
（If you use the late-night bus, it costs a separate night fare.）

How can I get a refund?
You can process a refund by selecting the ticket on the ‘Book’ > ‘Use’ on the My Route top screen, and selecting ‘Refund.’
A processing fee of 100 yen per ticket will be assessed when processing refunds.
*Please note that refunds cannot be processed for tickets that you have already started using.

From what age is the Ticket child fare required?
The child fare applies to children of ages one to eleven (elementary school students).

When toddlers (ages one to five, generally children who have not begun elementary school) ride together with a guardian (age six and up), up to two toddlers may ride for free with each guardian.
When toddlers are unaccompanied, they must pay child fare to ride.

If I am taking the train, will I be informed of delays and suspended trains?
Can I search for a detour route?
You can check information regarding delayed or suspended trains using my route. To check route information, tap ‘Alerts’ on the Route Details screen. You cannot search for detour routes.
