What is the Ichinichi Free Kippu (one-day pass)?

This is a one-day unlimited boarding pass usable on local trains between Isurugi Station and Etchu-Miyazaki Station operated by Ainokaze Toyama Railway, for use on weekends, holidays, and specified periods of time such as Golden Week, Obon, and the year end/New Year's break).
This pass can only be purchased on the day of use.

Passes cannot be refunded (except if unused due to trains not functioning).

You can purchase one on the 'Book' tab of my route, and pay either by using the credit card saved on the app, or with ‘Toyota Wallet.’

How do I use the Ichinichi Free Kippu (one-day pass)?

You can purchase one from 'Book' on the my route top screen.
* Please purchase before boarding, on the day you wish to use it.
To use the pass, purchase one and then select the ticket on the 'Book' > 'Use' tab, and tap 'Activation'.

Either select the 'Ticket Screen' on the 'Use' tab or tap the ticket icon in the upper righthand corner of the top screen, then present the ticket screen to station staff.

When does the Ichinichi Free Kippu (one-day pass) expire?

Passes can only be used throughout the remainder of the day on which you tapped 'Activation.' If a train you are riding on the day you activated the ticket continues operating past midnight at the end of the day, you can continue riding until your destination station within the usable area.
Once the date changes, unactivated passes can no longer be activated. They will appear as expired in 'Book' > 'Trains' > 'History' and will be invalid.

And what will the charges be if I ride beyond the usable area?

This pass cannot be used on the 'Story of 13,000 Feet' dining train, Ainokaze Bicycle on Trains, Hokuriku Shinkansen, the JR Johana, Himi, and Takayama Lines, IR Ishikawa Railway, or the Echigo Tokimeki Railway.
If you ride beyond the usable area, you will need to pay separate train fare.
