What is the Nishitetsu Train (One day Rail Pass)?

It is a pass sold by Nishi-Nippon Railroad Co., Ltd. (Nishitetsu) which allows you to get on and off trains in the area between Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station and Dazaifu Station an unlimited number of times in one day.
You can purchase the pass by tapping ‘Reserve/Use’ on My Route, and pay for the pass either with your credit card registered in the app, or with Toyota Wallet.

How can I use the Nishitetsu Train (One day Rail Pass)?

You can purchase the pass by tapping ‘Book’ on the My Route top screen.
To use the pass, select the ticket on the ‘Book’ > ‘Stock’ tab after your purchase, and tap ‘Activation.’

Either select ‘Show’ from the ‘In Use’ tab, or tap the ticket icon at top right of the top screen and present your pass to station staff at manned ticket gates.

When does the pass expire?

Tickets can only be used throughout the remainder of the day on which you initiated use.
Even if 24 hours have not passed, once the date changes the pass will expire at 2:00 am that following morning.

What is the usable area for the Nishitetsu Train (One day Rail Pass)?
And what will the charges be if I ride beyond the usable area?

The pass can be used in the area between Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station and Dazaifu Station.
You will need to pay regular passenger train fare separately when using stations outside this area.

How can I get a refund?

You can process a refund by selecting the ticket on the ‘Book’ > ‘Stock’ on the My Route top screen, and selecting ‘Refund’.
A processing fee of 220 yen per ticket will be assessed when processing refunds.

If I am taking the train, will I be informed of delays and suspended trains? Can I search for a detour route?

You can check information regarding delayed or suspended trains using my route. To check route information, tap ‘Alerts’ on the Route Details screen. You cannot search for detour routes.
