You must be a registered user of the Motaku app to use this service.

  1. 1.Tap the ‘Call’ button on the route details screen that includes a cab.
  2. 2.Select MOTAKU as the dispatch service provider and tap ’Call ‘.
  3. 3.You will be redirected to the Motaku app, where you can complete the necessary procedures.
  4. 4.If you are not registered with the app, please agree to the Terms of Service and register your name and phone number.
  5. 5.If you wish to make a reservation from your current location, please specify the pickup location and complete the reservation.
